I have been in danger in recent weeks of thinking the Tories may not be that bad, well in comparison to the rise of Reform and Restore anyway. And then Badenoch gives a nice timely reminder that they are also a bunch of horrible cunts. Quite reassuring really.

Man goes on holiday, loses phone, goes to the pub, and is unaware he's the subject of an international missing persons hunt. Is found happily drinking in the pub a few days later.

I saw appeals for him all over the internet.
He must be a bit of a bellend not to let folks at home know he's lost his phone.
There's something fucking dodgy about that story. Lost phone with all tickets on it so he just doesn't bother trying to get to the US for the games and stays lost in Barcelona for 10 days.
Doesn't stack up for me.

So it’s American Independence Day over here so I am naturally walking around with a colourful England top on wirh Union Jack shoes and inviting everyone over for tea and scones. Nobody seems to be getting the joke. How did this lot win?

A friend sent me the video of their local town in Florida's independence day parade, Massive US flag carried by veterans at the head of it.
Looked good fun and very patriotic, the sort of thing that would be a positive in the UK under the next Reform government.
