Don't turn around now, because you'll over balance and probably do yourself a mischief and be out for months.
I don't suppose Gloria Gaynor was related to Tommy.

    Taiwo, sweet memories,
Happy days as a tricky tree.
    Taiwo, bad injuries,
Now you've been sent to Coventry.

I looked over the Trent, and what did I see,
    Carrying Stevie Cooper's team.
I saw Taiwo Awoniyi coming after me,
Coming for to fulfill our dream.

If you get back to scoring before we do,
We would love to bring you home.
Tell all your new fans, we loved you too,
But you're made of glass so you're fucked.

£17m for Taiwo Talksport are saying, rather than £12m. That's the same as we paid for him. Good luck to him but what a deal for the club.

Can’t believe we’re going to lose the deadliest shins in football.

Appears to be. Forest must have felt they significantly under-paid for him in the summer of 2022 if they've been able to convince a newly-promoted side to part with the same cash four years later, with all the injuries (one extremely serious) and having fallen to third-choice striker in a struggling side.

I think the club perhaps they don't get the credit they deserve for some of the outgoings and fees received.

The fe is undisclosed. I read £7m. No idea. Could be £7m rising to £17m if he scores 15 goals and Coventry stay up. It is all just guessing. We will have more of an idea when accounts are published.

I guess the counterpoint is transfers have inflated considerably since we got him and he has shown he can score goals in the Premier league, even last season after yhr coma injury. That said, I wouldn't have been surprised if he had left on a free. The chelsea game last season probably chucked up his value a fair bit, especially as this was driven by Lampard apparently and he is basically just a Chelsea fan. Chelsea fans see him as someone who always seems to cause them trouble.

I shall be sorry to see big t go. He's one of the most likeable non-footballing footballers. If we swap him for Tammy Abraham you could see the sense in it. If we swap him for nobody, it will be a loss of strong running about causing trouble. I did think when he was trying recently to run in a straight line with the ball, but couldn't, that an actual football coach might have thought 'fuck this'.

Talk of Savona and Richards on their way out. Which is good. Gets them off the wage bill at worst. Makes room for better incoming.

It was reported to be £17m by Ben Jacobs of the Mail. Yes I know it’s the Mail but he does often report on Forest related matters and has an in. Where did you read it was £7m?
