Forest must have felt they significantly under-paid for him in the summer of 2022 if they've been able to convince a newly-promoted side to part with the same cash four years later, with all the injuries (one extremely serious) and having fallen to third-choice striker in a struggling side.

I guess the counterpoint is transfers have inflated considerably since we got him and he has shown he can score goals in the Premier league, even last season after yhr coma injury.
