There is a very viable route, with a bit of compulsory purchase (we once looked at buying the warehouse right next to shades proposed location). The reality is that it has next to no utility, except for on match days.

I actually think Tricky has a degree of a point that I'd missed, but I'd prefer not to acknowledge, which is that investing £790M to get £500M out might be acceptable if the £790M didn't have an otherwise legitimate route to be realized. But I still don't think the City Ground development as currently proposed makes much sense on a bunch of levels even accepting that.
Still, I live in Canada. I like watching 11 men in red shirts kicking the ball better than the 11 men in the other colour shirts. I fully accept I'm less invested these days, not because I care less or am any less of a fan but because it's by definition a far smaller investment of my time than most of you who actually go to the games.

Certainly not comparable to here. And here there are many more matchdays as well. But make a long stretch of public open space and a lot of people will use it every day. There’s plenty of residential development going on in the area, it maybe creates an awesome cycle route from WB to the city too… of course it would serve Meadow Lane and TB to an extent too.

Well. I often say please and thank you to AI. It's just habit.
Regarding his own bot, he's probably hosting his own secure AI. It's quite common. Once you do that, you'll need to give it a name, so.

Being polite to llms makes sense because they are including your inputs on their future outputs, so you are raising the tone of conversation in general and, hopefully, creating positive feedback loops.
But those ais aren't the ones that are going to kill you, so that part of it is pretty useless.
