Prepared to believe they didn’t announce until the terms of his departure were finalised.

Could also be people trying to get out of the area before it turns into a building site for the next 2 years and all the light in their gardens and houses is overshadowed by our new mega stadium.

Who's paying 900k for a house that's going to be on a building site for the next 2 years? Even in West Bridgford.

You're probably correct in that particular case. It seems to be this one. Ha. Someone has done well there.

I'm still a bit confused why that house I've highlighted went for £900K but the ones next to it were less than a third of that IIRC.

It's detached, which pushes up the price a bit but no bigger than the others, so not hugely so.

Given the location, nearest the stand, it's probably the most important one for the club so maybe the seller used that leverage?

I can imagine they might have argued a bit, but the difference is absolutely huge.

Wonder if this would skew some lenders algorithms. For example if someone wanted to take some equity out of their property, lenders would look at the latest sale figures for the street.

Glasner signs a 3 year contract. Two and a half years of compensation is a nice deal.
