Club confirm that VP has gone.
Prepared to believe they didn’t announce until the terms of his departure were finalised.
I'm still a bit confused why that house I've highlighted went for £900K but the ones next to it were less than a third of that IIRC.

It's detached, which pushes up the price a bit but no bigger than the others, so not hugely so.
Given the location, nearest the stand, it's probably the most important one for the club so maybe the seller used that leverage?

"If the property were to sell at the postcode's current average cost-per-square-foot, it would achieve approximately £368,000."
Wonder if this would skew some lenders algorithms. For example if someone wanted to take some equity out of their property, lenders would look at the latest sale figures for the street.

Todays mystery house has a view of the arse of a football stand and a bulldozer parked just outside.
So Glasner is a black jumper on the touchline man. Will he be in Paul Smith?

He strikes me more of a 'Get the Badge In ' kind of guy.
Glasner signs a 3 year contract. Two and a half years of compensation is a nice deal.
