Been trying to up my running pace a little bit over the last month. Did some decent runs and decided that I was really going to push myself at parkrun yesterday. Try for a decent time. So I started nearer the front than I normally do, and tried to push rather than just gently jog round. Was out of breath the whole way rather than just kind of of gentle jogging. Ended up about 30 seconds fucking quicker than I normally do.

We did Bestwood yesterday, home of the killer hornets and big hills. Comfortablely Nottingham's toughest. 27 dead.
