Legs died at 14k. Off a cliff. Had to grind through 7k in a world of pure hate as cunts kept shouting positive things at me. Also a bit hot.

And as a redeeming factor, we went to the pub, got a bit pissed and we're watching a film about Robot awx

Recovered like a pro with mid weight drinking, curry, getting a teensy bit stoned and watching robot porn sci fi. Its been a solid weekend. Apart from the running.

Finished 6th at parkrun this morning, led for 6 minutes.

What joke event parkrun were you at?

Belvoir, a stalwart of the East Midlands parkrun scene i'll have you know.

Did a 10k with far too much elevation for my liking. But lived.

Woke up at 6am with cramp in my calf screaming for the missus to help me stretch it. Decided parkrun was a bad idea.

Did a 10k. Lots of elevation by my standards so was happy to complete it. Now at a gig. Legs fucked.

First day of a cycling holiday in the Sierra Nevada today. 54 miles, 6400ft of climbing, my hamstrings and quads are both on the brink of popping and I’m already fooked.
Today was allegedly the easy day.

My triceps pushdown is now bodyweight. Could also go in pleasing thread.

Sunrise run around Back Bay, Boston, on our last morning before flying home. Nice route through a couple of parks, past the college campus and ending at Fenway Park.

Forest gear worn, of course.
