There’s been a fair amount of falling over.

Having indulged us for 45 minutes clearly Spain will play properly this half and therefore Tuchel needs to go 9 at the back to hang on to the 3 points.
    Ahem.

When I watched France's defending in the World Cup 3/4 play off game I found myself half wondering if they were setting out to keep Tuchel in a job.
Watching Spain's finishing tonight had me half wondering the same.
Though I don't think Yamal falling over / Cucurella being sent to the shops / Cucurella scoring an own goal was in the script.
    But who knows?

Think it seems optimistic that Spain and France are so scared of England under ‘not Thomas Tuchel’ that they wouldn’t just want to win a football match. Which is very much their thing.

Who do you think ‘not Thomas Tuchel’ is in this scenario?

Because ‘not Thomas Tuchel’ is most likely Eddie Howe. And I don’t think France or Spain are that scared of him.

You might've taken that slightly more seriously than I expected.
    But who knows?

Anderson is now the best player in this England team, by some distance too.

Daft penalty. Just like the France game.

Kane wants Tuchel out so badly he had to fake his standing leg slipping...

He’s very composed but the “best player by some distance” is a stretch

A disgrace to the fine Terry surname.
Anyway, I see that Spain have had enough of missing 'big chances'.

The England defending is a new level of poor. We could have gifted Spain 6 goals, as opposed to just the 2.

Maybe I'm watching through the old red-tinted glasses, but I'm not sure I see anyone else in the team as good, or as consistent, at what he's there to do than Anderson.

He's not at the technical level of Jude Bellingham but I'd argue every bit as valuable to the side. He's becoming the metronome and is moving ahead of Rice, I think.

This is all a bit The Simpsons episode where Lisa bases her American Football predictions on whether she loves Homer or not.
    In my mind anyway.
I hate Dad is currently tied.
