I had 5 and half, and no beer so don’t feel too bad currently. That would have been an epic nights sleep a few years when the twins kept me awake for over 12 months.

Anyway, if you recorded that and watched when you woke up you are a massive fanny and not a true fan. FACT.

I'm a massive fanny! Had to be up at 7am to get the boy to school, so watched on the BBC2 replay, no half time and fwd through the hydration breaks was good. I'd turned notifications off and had no idea of the result while watching, but still couldn't get as excited/anxious as watching live for some reason.

Bonkers game though, Not a fan of Tuchel but het got that spot on after the Red card.

At the time it seemed a bit mental. I think everyone thought surely we can't hold out for 15+ minutes under this pressure without even making an attempt to get up the pitch.

That's what Gordon (and then Rogers) were for.

Maybe in theory, but the players weren't making any attempt to play out or pass our way up - everything was just hoofed like it was the final 30 seconds.

I think that's the best England game I have ever watched. Glad I got up for it.

All my neighbours nowadays seem to be Mexicans. They were letting off fireworks and running around playing that Mexican brass torture music with live bands all day. The obnoxious cunts (love the mexicans in Mexico city though) were louder than fuck until the game. Every time we scored i ran out into the street and celebrated like the world was going to end. Roaring as loud as I could. The Mexicans all went inside. It was truly hilarious.

    Anyway...phew.

Chicago: Used to less than 5 hours sleep a night.

It's like we're watching a political satire playing out in real life. Heartbreaking.

I see our Attorney General is considering talking to FIFA about the red card last night.

I've seen the suggestion we should get the King involved. Seems sensible to me now the can of worms is open.

Now FIFA have set the precedent, it would certainly be an interesting intervention.

I'm so looking forward to next season. It's going to be a great watch.

Seeing which ones of you pretend this never happened and that modern fooball isn't completely bent.

You're approaching these latest developments like you think they are a bad thing.

It's the logical next evolutionary phase, embrace the corruption, support it, feed it.

The chant "You cheating bastards you know what you are" will become a badge of honour sung by supporters proudly about there own team.

It’s worth remembering that Trump lies all the time and there’s every chance he just wants the credit for something he thinks is popular in the country.
