For the first time ever at a WC (except vs ENG 2002) I want Brazil to lose. Fuck their utterly charmless team, and especially Vini Junior. Japan are the perfect antidote to cult celebrity lead teams -- it's just a shame they're not at full strength.

Brazil against Japan, on the physique level, reminds me of those videos of adult professionals taking on hundreds of five year old kids (at football, not in a fight). Yet the little Tamagotchi's are absolutely doing them for individual movement.
