Ivory coast don't seem to have much faith in our man. They are continually passing around him

Sorry, season before. I was still in the mindset that the latest one hadn't ended for some reason.

Probably all these Forest players at the World Cup (winky thing).

Yes, Cabo Verde scored, and that's great, but Uruguay contributed the worst wall I have ever seen.

Uruguay seem hellbent on giving this game away.
The "build-up" to Cabo Verde's second goal was extraordinary.

If I'm playing with messy, I'm annoyed that he runs about in celebration more than in the game. And misses penalties. (and other things).

I appreciate that this is largely theoretical.

Think, unlike Ronaldo, he’s significantly ahead as an asset v detriment, so they will be more inclined to do his running for him.

Yes but the point here is, in this scenario where Tricky received an unlikely suprise call up to the Argentinian WC squad, that Tricky is not going to do his running for him without protest. This isn't really earth shattering news as he does everything under protest, except running which he doesn't do at all.

France looking good in the first quarter, except in the literal sense. Their kit is a shocker.

I noticed that the assist for Argentina's 1st goal was credited to F Medina.
Disappointingly his first name is Facundo and not Funkycold.

FIFA is a disgusting corrupt organisation. Infantino is scum. The US is a disaster. But this World Cup is fucking brilliant.
