No chance of club moves in England. We got angry enough about moving to the outskirts of Nottingham.
Also not much chance of scrapping relegation. Making two thirds of the league’s games pointless isn’t in anyone’s interest and the big clubs aren’t going to agree to a draft to make the league more competitive.
Honestly, you are a similar age to me, which means you’ve been hearing these scare stories for as long as I have (the bottom two divisions must go regional or part time, dozens of clubs will go bankrupt, etc etc).
