I have not been to a barber in years, I go to a stylist in the hope of covering up for my increasingly threadbare pate. Current stylist is a very amusing fat gay man.
My wife trained as a barber pre-Covid. Has been very helpful, I no longer have to make polite conversation with someone whilst they perform something which takes an unnecessary amount of time.
I have been taken in by the Inter Fairs scam and have been issued an invoice for $1212. I've been advised to ignore all correspondence going forwards but can see this being a ball ache.
They send a letter which looks as though it comes from the show confirming your details for the show guide but in the small print is a 'contract' to a company in Costa Rica saying that it's actually Inter Fairs and they want many many euros. I was stupid enough to sign and return it so now I'm in for a host of spurious invoices and pretend debt collectors.
Ingo, I may be able to help. I was in a meeting just now in Lagos, and I think I've just found a wealthy Nigerian relative of yours, who needs to offload some money rapidly. If you can just send me a few personal details..
USB ports on my work laptop have stopped working, which means that I can't use my external camera or mouse. Now have to wait for our IT department to figure out how to fix it, which given I'm a remote worker almost certainly means them sending me a replacement machine, which means having to shift all my local files onto cloud storage, which is a ballache.
