It wasnt (necessarily) having a go at you. I do think there are people who are being retrospectively wise. I agree with the wise one:

    Good decision. Bad outcome.

Would Vitor do the same again? I think it was preplanned and given the game state, it was a good idea.

On the subject of Vitor, I think he is tactically more astute than Dyche and has a Plan B and C. I’m not saying those plans are great ones but at least he has alternatives.

I also think the vibes are going some way to pushing us over the line. Which is why last night could be more detrimental than just going out of Europe.

I’m not enamoured with him at all but I think he is a lot better than our previous 2 managers.

We're not in Europe next season so this will be less of an issue. Hopefully our transfer activity will be better than last summer or we will be struggling however many sand dunes they run up.

We will likely have other issues. Like the loss of some established quality, that means that the new not as good ones will need extra running, to make up for the shonky kicking.

We will need those sand dunes.

Like Sand Dunes ever won the league. Tactics win games. Also players.... good expensive ones....but tactics..

Dyche was not popular at Forest because he allegedly didn't work on tactics and set pieces (that includes his people too). Lots of running though. Since Vitor as come in there has been better defending at corners and set pieces and we try stuff during the game. is Vitor the answer for next season? Is Marco Silva? I don't know but we need to have someone with nouse. And yes fit players. I don't expect MGW to leave next season. I do expect Anderson and possibly Murillo (although his recent injuries have certain red flags which could put people off).

As with anything if we are still in the top league,(which I expect us to be), then mad Maranakis will no doubt goes spaz in the summer. It will be up to the manager to vibe with the players. Who will it be? Anybody but Jose will do me. I can live with Vitor if his problem at Wolves was all his players were sold. I guess we will come to that when next season rolls around. I have strangely enjoyed this season after the horror of the first few months. Last year you could see the collapse coming. This season was interesting because it was hard to predict. That is at least something to hang my hat on.

    Anyway, points make prizes Bruce.

    Chicago: Oddly optimistic.

I think the issue was a few of his good players were sold and he decided to get involved in recruiting their replacements. And the vibes ran out…

As an aside, what’s the consensus these days on how to feel about Matty Cash? I always can’t help but think of him as an ex girlfriend who was simply in a better place than me at the time we split up and I couldn’t begrudge her moving onto other things. Still have fond roses tinted memories of him running around like a headless chicken in midfield when he was first starting out. But I may be overlooking some barstardism on his behalf since he left.

I don't mind him too much. But he's been gone so long now that I'm not sure he ever felt like ours now. Even though he obviously was. I think he was a potential weak leak the other night but we never put any pressure on him.

He’s a bit of cock, has done well for himself but on the downward trajectory I’d say now.

You think he's a regular on this site?
