Spuds trying to get everyone to buy Bergvall. The latest rumour was Sunderland which was poo pooed in the local press. So it looks like if we are patient we will get him. What are the chances are Chelsea rock up with a bid and screw us up.
No signs of a striker though? Are we relying on Wood, Taiwo and Jesus for one last season? If Taiwo stays healthy I think he could be useful and Jesus is more of a 10 but then where does that leave McAtee?

Jesus isn’t really a 10, though. He’s not really creative, not much of a passer and not a dribbler. I know Glasner used Nketiah behind Mateta on occasion but not really as a 10.
If we play 343 with full backs as wing backs, two defensive midfielders and Jesus as one of the 10s, then if a team shuts down Morgan, we won’t create anything. Can see why we want Bergvall.

Much as I love Ola and Neco, if they are the 2nd and 3rd best creators in your team, you are likely to have a problem.

Jesus is very good at one-touch layoffs, flick-ons, cushioned passes with his back to goal, quick combos around the box, if that counts as passing. Not so much the defence-splitting through balls or Kane-like long diagonal passes yet. He reminds me a little bit of Teddy Sheringham.
