Seems like he might be Romano announced he has changed agent to a bigger outfit. The interpretation seems to be you only change agent if looking for a move.

Last summer there were different people running Spurs (it was Daniel Levy). I think fans get way too invested in the emotional side of transfers, the people actually doing them are just doing business.

Spurs will do what is best for them, sure.. but I do business and you do business and I think we’d both be lying if we said our past experiences with people don’t impact how we approach business with them in the future. And the majority of people doing the business at Spurs would have been around last summer.
(Albeit that no party involved in the MGW saga looked good and, arguably, Forest were the most wronged of the three.. so it’s certainly not a given that how spurs fans feel about Marinakis isn’t at all how the Spurs boardroom feels… I mean.. Levy would probably have done exactly the same)

I had presumed that Villa would buy someone fancy back from Chelsea for 100M to balance both sets of books and not remotely in an Anderson-style PSR fudge. Like Spurs/Brighton did.
