The TNT host did Neco by asking him about any move away with the deadline coming up. As you’d expect he looked very uncomfortable about the whole thing and didn’t put it to bed. I’d say there was interest him based on that.

First season he wasn’t great, in fact Cooper tried to send him out loan. But that’s fine, we had bought a player to develop.
He’s been very good since then. But also laughable he was deemed better than MGW or Ando by the fans last season. But understandable, given most fans don’t really have a clue.
Not too sure where he goes, he’s not going to be good enough for a ‘top’ club. Guessing he would take a good wedge to end up somewhere like Spurs.

It amused me that he said that he was playing for the badge on his shirt, and that's forest now...and went on to say that the ambition is to win a trophy this season, with this trophy winning manager.
Assuming we are excluding things like the pontins central league (or whatever), I mentally ticked off 'the league', 'the FA cup'. Ambitious Marinathinking there.
I think that we can probably factor in that most post-match interviews with players are complete bollocks.

Player of the season isn’t an objective measure of who’s the best player - it’s far more vibes based. Anderson was on his way out and Morgan has won before and had a shaky start to the season, so people wanted to give it to the player who kept his level up all season. I voted for Morgan but I understand why Neco won.
Almost everyone on Forest Focus went for MGW in their preview of this season but it’s very unlikely to be him, in my assessment because 1. previous winner 2. likely to leave next summer, if he stays that long and 3. tends to go to defenders (6 of the last 7).
