Back to talking about music.
Listening to the 28 Years Later sound track. Haven't been bothered by Young Fathers so far but there are some excellently odd tunes so far.
I liked the film very much as I mentioned. May go and see it again.
Not been to a festival for many decades, but have bought tickets for GTSF which is in Kirklington, next village to Southwell. Will see Eliza Carthy (remember her Dad, Martin, very vaguely) who is headlining instead of Richard Thompson who I did want to see. He fell over and broke bones, apparently.
Not heard of any of the other bands but will report back on whether it was all shit or only partly shit.
Reporting back: Went today but came home earlier than expected because mrs charlie wasn't well. Music was ok, what we heard of it, but the audience was something else. Most looked like Bill Oddie, not just the men either. Lots of beards, hearing aids, paunches and hip problems. We probably didn't give it a fair chance and should give it another go next year.
Based on that description you gave it all the chance it deserves.
Oasis open up with Hello which, given the Gary Glitter sample, seems a bit off.
It's good to be back though.

I doubt they gave it much thought but if they did isn't it pretty much in keeping to say fuck that we're playing it.
My Spotify algorithm has delivered something on point, an anti-union protest song. Amateur Transplants - London Underground

It's been in Liam Gallagher's solo setlist for yonks.
The whole Sabbath celebration was hugely better than I expected, but I'm particularly delighted with what it's done for Yungblud. He has to be the nicest person in music and I want nothing but brilliant things for him.
Wendy James has announced a new TV tour, only her and Dave Parsons are originals and they've only announced Australia dates so far but if they make it over here I am so going to see it.
I don't care.
Psychobel / Bobbins, have you heard Die Spitz? Sounds the spiritual successor to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
I hate when Girls die....
My spotify playlist is now up to 360,000 songs. Thank God my brain can take it....
Chicago: Overloading..
