My wife is taking my mum to urgent care as she keeps throwing up. I would like to make a joke about American food but I suspect when she gets the medical bill with the travel insurance she has she will be sick again.
This is not a good start to her holiday.

Bowel obstruction. She is at the hospital. This is not good at all.
At 84 years old, surgery could be fatal but untreated will almost certainly kill her. I am hoping that it’s not cancer or it’s partial and can be cleared up. I guess I cannot do anything but wait.
