British Gas have invited me to tell them how I feel about having made a payment to them.

I'm not sure that they have adequately thought that through.

Hang on. That's still ages away. More than enough time to come up with a suitable ruse now you know it's apparently a place where even Death may fear to tread.

There is. Many people in my work have it. As I don't go in much I seem to have got away with it (though I am in today, fingers crossed)

Yeah but not being native to that shithole you still haven't build up a natural immunity to other other prevalent dirty Yaarkshire common virus' such as bubonic plague or being murdered by serial killers while out doing a spot of prostituting, so I wouldn't get too smug just yet.

Actually, has anyone seen Jüânfrân of late?

I've been looking at the wear patterns on the soles of some old shoes. I was slightly concerned that wear around the outside heel might be the result of a biomechanical issue. In fact, it seems, it is indicative of a neutral gait.

Wifey was at a police meeting yesterday where the residents ask questions (AKA: moan at said Police). A Latino man stood up and stated that the noise ordinance of Maywood was racist as it targeted latino residents and it should be scrapped. The Police answered that maybe they shouldn't be so noisy if they don't want a visit. Said Latino man then went on to complain about his neighbour who was also latino as he is way too noisy.

The rest of the residents then asked him if he ever thought about being considerate to his neighbours by not playing the mexican torture brass music in his garden all day and night as it was rude. He said, why should he as he was allowed to have a good time. Everyone said, "At the expense of everyone else?". He said "Why not? because that is part of his culture.." The general response from everyone was, "then surely you are the racist one as you don't care to not inconvenience everyone else who is not you..". He thought about it for a second and then said, "Yeah Maybe..".

    So that went well.

Just logged in to my Student Finance account.

Age 18 "It will be the most affordable loan you ever take".

Age 41, interest is greater than repayments.

I've recently realised the £22k threshold is per job. So someone with three jobs, each paying £20k, pays nothing. I'm part time at £25k, and earning self employed on the side.

Need to cut those part time hours.
