I don't drink milk, but my friend has milk in her tea so I have some in the fridge. The carton has been there since mid December, open, and somehow it's still fine. I dread to think what they've done to it.

Yeah but milk has always been pasteurized, it never used to last for a month.

Our skimmed milk will just about last a week. Semi skimmed not even that.
A month is cause for concern I'd say.
