Yes it is. They look funny at me when I talk about a snag list.

My knees were a bit cold. I put some long trousers on.
Took the kids to cadburys world today. The traffic going and coming back was horrendous and it was a bit shit but I’ve a fair bit of chocolate to eat.
Hired an electric cargo bike for the day. Despite it being very rainy Little Miss Shady and I had a great day touring round Sheffield doing fun things. It was great to be able to cycle up some of the steeper hills without a problem. I want one.
I probably saw you drive by. One of my kids is at the school opposite.
Given your picture you clearly haven't got the hang of Quakering yet.
There are still some Quakers around but they are all about 100 years old. When the last one dies I am opening a pub on the green.
We are officially home owners. We have been called worse.
I am not saying I wasn’t slightly concerned that the $107,000 we wired to the title company the day before didn’t seem to be clearing. (Wifey has been scammed in the past),,, but finally FINALLY!
So anyway, put in the second story floor boards (more money) and when the staining smells go away then we move in (even though our new township doesn’t allow storage pods which is a boat load of fun)…
Almost there!
The downside being, the morning commute will now be 40 minutes in the morning not the 90 seconds which currently is attached to our current circumstances.
Chicago: Homeowner (is it gay week yet?)
Nice one. Will be worth the ball ache at some point, though I’m sure there’ll be some moving in shenanigans.
I feel this house is going to entertain us here for years, it's the next chapter of talkback.
Awesome news - so when are you accepting visitors? You may have noticed there is a North America meet up being planned for Chicago….
I believe I emailed both you and he about that a few weeks ago. Seems pretty convenient for all of us.
We will have five bedrooms so I suspect it will work out fine.
This has been such an Odyssey that I was trying to get through this and then get to the socialising bit...
As For JR's assertion that this house might end up entertaining us well..... getting in without being fined by the township of Maywood is next on the agenda as everything we have is still in storage pods and they don't allow them deposited on the roads without a hefty fine. . Oh what fun next Friday will be when we try and defy our new overlords!
After that? PARTY!!!!!!
Chicago: Almost there.
What is a storage pod?
He stored his stuff at a leisure centre in Scunthorpe?
