I really liked Marty Supreme. I mean who would make a film about table tennis and make it so anarchic where he gets his arse spanked by a paddle and still gets to bang Gwynth Paltrow and piss off a a load of Japanese, whilst falling naked through floors whilst being shot at whilst trying to get a dog back that he lost when he scammed a lot of people whilst doing table tennis hustling.

I kinda liked it but it was way too long. In fact, if they’d cut the, quite frankly, completely pointless and ludicrous bits about the dog that did absolutely nothing to move the film along, it would’ve been a way better experience and a much better film.

I hated that movie passionately on multiple levels.

Chalamet plays weenies and shitheads and he is utterly incapable of playing any kind of believable emotion.

I'm not particularly a fan of Chalamet but 'A Night To Remember' is a decent song.

I found "Greenland" with Gerard Buttwad a passable brain off big budget disaster movie. Explosions n shit
For "Greenland 2:migration" they removed the budget. And the script. And any form of meaningful plot. Even for someone with a low quality threshold like me, it was a waste of my life.

He defintely should have won the Oscar for his Bob Dillon performance

Nah. No more Oscar’s for people doing impressions.. or they may as well just give it to Rory Bremner every year.

Project Hail Mary. I loved the book and I was thoroughly annoyed that they gave away the huge twist in the trailer and the publicity, so I was already predisposed to not like it. But it's absolutely fucking wonderful, they absolutely nailed the heart and soul of the book and it's Ryan Gosling's best movie yet.

Disclosure Day. Solid mid tier Spielberg, should have ended 10 minutes earlier.

How to make a killing. Nicely nasty and a few laughs.

Toy Story 5: Russ won’t like it, because it’s a cartoon.

    I didn’t like it, because it’s a shit cartoon.

Not his best but good enough. Nice not so subtle message.

I went on my own on Friday. Really enjoyed it. Was semi predictable but still a fun movie.
