I've been meds free for a while now and I'm fairly sure I'm 53.
Was enjoying some wine last before before suddenly remembering I was due at the Doctor at 10am this morning.

So, as I've learned from another friend who shares your birthday, born on the day Arsenal won the double.

Is your friend David Attenborough?

Today I turned 54 and was greeted with the news that one of my favourite clients lost her battle with depression. I am really really upset. Life is a cnut sometimes..
