    From Vitor's presser:

Murillo not fit (but could be ok in a few days)
Medics are 'working hard' on Cunha, but not sure if he will be fit.
Ndoye and Sangare also being assessed.

I've a feeling Cunha will make it.

Sangare being out would be a big blow.

We all think the answer is yes

But good to know 88% of reader who expressed a preference think MGW should start for England.
Tuchel won’t take him of course, especially as Palmer, Foden and Rogers all player so well this weekend

It's funny. I think he should be in the squad. But if you ask me if he's in the team, my answer would be no. But then I try and think who should be instead of him, and I struggle to tell you. So maybe he should be! If we're discussing 2 players to play behind/wide of Kane, it's Bellingham ... And ? Palmer, Foden ....nope. Gordon? Perhaps but he's not in good form is he? Eze? Decent but not performing like Morgan is. Rogers? Again, very good, but not in Morgan's form.

Also, MGW already has a great relationship with Ando, who is a definite starter. And that sort of thing can be crucial.

I would definitely have him in the squad ahead of both Foden and Palmer on current form.

Whether he starts or not is another matter.

If England get knocked out failing to score enough goals (as is kinda the usual way) then leaving the top-scoring Englander at home will look a bit foolish.

Tbf only Tricky would leave Harry Kane out.

England is 4-2-3-1. Bellingham will be at 10 (although there is an argument that Rogers has played really well there in the last few England games so deserves to keep his place). But given how good MGW is playing on the left, with freedom to drift inside, maybe he should be on the left of the three. Certainly ahead of the diving scouse barcode-wearing cnut that is Gordon.
Maybe Tommy T can be encouraged to play 4-4-2, where the second striker sits a bit deeper in a Jesus-style - that role would probably suit Lord Kane of Caravan-Towing a bit more as well, with less central midfielders for him to get in the way of.

    In fairness I'd take him.

    Just not start him.
