xG nerds would say that our over performance compared to xG last season is being balanced out by an overcorrection this season. But that seems like a gamblers' fallacy to me.

I've not been able to bring myself to listen to any of the pre or post match interviews with VP recently. Does anyone know if he's provided an update on Cunha's ankle? I'm wondering if he might be able to play on Thursday.

He did the pre match for Fulham at the same time as the post match for Midtylland, so no more information than the immediate aftermath. I’d be surprised if he was back any time soon though.

The club have posted one of their heartwarming videos about a little lad who the players first visited in a hospital a couple of years back. He'd been diagnosed with cancer but has beaten it, so Forest had him back to watch training recently.
One of the first players to go over and so hello was Chris Wood (in full kit), so hopefully that means it is true that he's getting closer to a return.
