See Zuckerberg is closing the Metaverse. Who could ever have seen that that would flop? Apart from everybody.

At least all the people who breathlessly regurgitated his PR about it, whilst he set fire to $80b, will have learned not to believe tech billionaires when they hype up whatever they’re burning billions on this time and we can expect them all to ask serious questions about the next big think such as ‘yeah, but is it maybe quite shit?’.

Poor white working class boys being denied the opportunity to play football. Truly one of society's biggest injustices.

There were a team of white working class boys from Braunstone kicking lumps out of our middle class under 9 team on Sunday. They didn’t seem too disadvantaged.

Wasn’t there talk of him being Ryder Cup captain? Guessing that won’t happen now.

Marinakis has got money, but especially with all the stuff in the Middle East (which must be decimating shipping) it would be a bit much for him wouldn't it?

Canada is one of the world's largest producers of aluminium, and the largest supplier of aluminium to the US.

Trump enacted a 50% tariff on Canadian aluminium imports, so Canadian producers pivoted to send the majority of their output to European customers.

With Canadian aluminium more expensive and less available, US customers pivoted to source large amounts of aluminium from the Middle East.

Trump's war on Iran means that aluminium exports from the Middle East have now virtually stopped.

Canada's producers have fully committed their output to non-US customers and have no desire to start supplying the US until tariffs are lifted, and maybe not even then.

The US defense industry that is powering Trump's war on Iran can not function without aluminium.

    So much winning.

I would be a bit worried that 51st state rhetoric might not have been total hot air.
