Likewise. Used our stimulus money on a Concept 2 a couple of years ago and was just getting back into rowing 3+ times a week for 20 minutes. Succession of illnesses and injuries mean I’ve dropped off a lot (currently issues with neck and shoulder) but hoping to pick it back up once I’m (hopefully) able.
I ran 8.5 miles (>50% off road) without expiring. It was almost enjoyable.
