Palace will still have about £30m outstanding amortisation on Brennan, so presumably the swap is valued at that (or they’d have to book the loss this year), which looks like a much better deal for Everton (who’ve got very little outstanding on McNeil).

Brennan to Everton is done. I wonder how much involvement Glasner had in Palace's transfer strategy. I hope little to none, because it has been fucking shite. Brennan, Strand Larsen, Nketiah, Benteke - over £100M on garbage.

Palace overpaid as they were desperate in January. He should have been more in the £25m ballpark.
That said, he's young mobile strong and can score goals. He's only going up.

Got to take context also. His bad year at Wolves ... well they were dreadful. No wonder he didn't score many. Then his appearances last year at Palace - he only joined in January and lots were as a sub. Even then, new city, new team, 3 goals in 14 appearances isn't terrible.
