If Aina hadn't scored I think we might have ended up with a penalty anyway, the ball only made it to him because a Brentford defender went through the back of Wood's leg as he was shaping to shoot.
Reading the post match discussion on the Brentford message board, lots of respect from them for the way we played defensively. Murillo repeatedly mentioned as a colossus, Aina also getting respect ("the best opposition player I have seen at the Gtech all season"), and one guy called it "probably the most impressive defensive performance I’ve ever seen at the Gtech".
At the GTech definitely sounds like an eighties club night.
