I'm going to be somewhere on the Thames downriver from Oxford. Was hoping to find a pub showing the Forest game but expect they'll all be screening the England one. So it'll probably be the radio for me.

I don't think you'll struggle to find a pub showing the Arsenal game ahead of England women.

Japan have had a penalty against them. In the process of defending a corner, one of their players had arms.

I've only watched the last 20 minutes of the game, but Sweden are really hanging on here. Japan very unlucky not to be level. Missed a penalty, and hit both the bar and post.

    • Though there was no way it was a penalty, bizarre VAR didn't overturn it.

8 minutes of injury time to do. If I could be bothered, I'd be putting a few quid on an equaliser.

Like that Japan had a squad photo while many of them were still in floods of tears. Niche porn shoot for their onlyfans page, presumably.

France score a goal from a corner that wasn't. The australian defender notching an excellent own goal. Ruled out for pulling. France are battering australia 0-0 in extra time.

Decent chance of a public holiday if Aus make the final, because this isn’t a real country, so the semi is win-win for me.

I don’t think England look much cop.. but they’ll probably be more comfortable against a side that won’t out-muscle them. They won’t get away with all the tatty passing against Australia though.

Offside but good marker for the goalkeeper to lay down.

England comfortably the better team in the first half. Well deserved lead.

Yep, Australia haven't looked much of a threat during the tournament with Kerr on the pitch. England the clear favourites to get through.

    Textbook guys. Well done.

PS: I reckon that was going wide without the deflection.
