After more than a month in intensive care following a heart attack in the operating theatre, my dad is finally being moved to a normal ward. God love the NHS.

The cheap coffee machine I picked up has now been modified with an OPV, a PID, and a variable flow control.
For circa £100 it now makes decent espresso.
