Last day on holiday so have made manly effort to get through the pile of Mythos cans I over ordered. Two left.

This thread was a long way down the board. Not much pleasure to be had recently, it seems.
Anyway, not counting the Sarcoidosis period (when I plummeted to under 13 stone) I am now under 14 stone for the first time in a very, very long time. At my lockdown fattest and laziest I was about 16 stone 4. Not a goal driven exercise, but just a sensible reduction of booze and snacks plus some daily exercise bike (not a euphemism).
Obviously I will ruin it this evening with Saturday night booze and snacks...
