As it was chucking it down oop Bozza I hung the washing on the heated rack in the spare room. 5 minutes after finishing it has stopped raining and the sun has come out.
Fuck laundry.

Is this you launching a bid to run as vice president of the good ole u s of a?
I've rather got my hands full with the new Bozzacopter business. I suppose I could hang the laundry on the rotor blades...
I had the opposite. It started pissing it down so I legged it out to get all the washing off the line. As soon as I’d finished, it stopped raining.
Does your spare room double as a sauna today?
I haven't been back up to check.
I know we've had this conversation before, but people. Tumble dryers. They're not some kind of fancy luxury item.
Shrink/ruin your clothes don't they?
Not if you put them medium to low for longer.
Grown men don’t know this?
Chicago: Aghast.
Maybe in some climates, they're essential. I can dry clothes outside for most of the year for free.
I've been using them for years, and my clothes have remained unshrunk and unruined.
You can also walk everywhere for free instead of incurring the costs of a car, but it's pretty inconvenient.
Mine broke quite some time ago. Didn't bother replacing it. Haven't missed it.
The basement ordeal is really draining us literally. As in the developer didn’t put any drains in certain areas of the basement directly under the stairs. This is mystifying because he was such a stand up chap…. Oh.
Permits and insurance ran out in 2022. Sold us the house when it completed(?????? Summer 2023.
Turns out this bloke was a friend of the local authority and got the house cheap and basically when he got a seller (us) he just stopped work and started covering it all up to maximize profits. He is culpable, as is his realtor as is the township of Maywood who clearly didn’t send inspectors (but somebody got paid alright), our lawyer has send out legal requests to the township, the realtors (who seemed to be also involved in this) and of course the lawyer of the developer. Not one of them have bothered to reply which is unbelievable.
The basement which had mold forming is ripped up and being rebuilt. This is costing us (me) $40,000. So legal fees on top might be unmanageable.
I wanted to spend a couple of days in New York (yes I was looking forward to it actually), but cannot actually afford to spend too much at the supermarket right now with Wifey’s job doing badly. Lots of tears yesterday (he good friend just went bankrupt) and not from being married to me.
Chicago: Aaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!
Yes but your trousers are already short.
Chicago: Aaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!!
Fingers crossed you get redress from the bastards, chic.
This is why I end up doing everything myself. Can't trust any of the other chiselling cunts the world makes.
