I agree. I think that only a certain select group of society are willing to publicly make arguments that place logic and correctness ahead of sensitivity, and you are definitely in that group. I don't say it like it's necessarily a bad thing.

Fuck off, I am still feeling sleep deprived. I am normally a see food and eat it diet kind of guy but waking me up to offer me airline food is not the way to become my friend.
Tend to agree on the dying bit, understand diverting to get someone medical attention but if it’s already too late why bother.

Depending on insurance if you were the dead relatives you might not also want the extra cost of getting them back home
