Irma was seven years ago. There was flooding for Ian (2 years ago) but not near us (East Orlando). Central Florida used to be fairly free of this stuff as hurricanes usually die down significantly once they move inland. This has changed. Can’t imagine why.
Still, it’s the coasts that get absolutely mangled (for the most part). And even with the frequency this is looking like being the first time Tampa gets a direct hit in a century. -
I'm sure there's a Tampa Bay Lighting gag in there somewhere but it's probably inappropriate and almost certainly shit.
