We keep doing the bed sheets and the cats keep vomiting on them. I can opnly assume they saw something traumatic last night. TUP you little pussies!

Anyway, third time for bed sheets is a bit much. I am guessing a talking to is in order.

    Chicago: Cleaning House.

The Talkback recommend course of action de rigueur would be to siimply take them back to the point of purchase, bemoaning the cat vomit thereon while denying all knowledge of having a cat. Hey presto.

Is that before or after we put the cat in a bag of rice?

Didn't get Leicester away tickets in the ballot. Didn't get Chelsea either so we are 60% successful rate so far this season.

Which I imagine you can do, re-selling your feriends and families used clothing. In Buckinghamshire.

    Not so much in grotcave.

    Any company lawyers on here?

We were given a pay rise of 5.5% backdated. It came through and everyone happy, but now the company has said it's wrong amount and wants us to pay it back.

I'm happy to pay it back, but they have given us no information as to why it's wrong.

Anyone know where I stand, should I accept it?

I think I'd definitely want to know what the agreed backdated pay agreement was, and what the amount that was paid in respect of that, before I started paying anyone any money that they just asked for without explanation.

Sounds like one for the union to me.

I’m trying watch the Aussie rules grand final but whenever a team scores a goal it’s an instant cut to an ad… as in, barely waiting for the commentator to say ‘goal’ before trying to sell you a Ute. It’s almost unwatchable for that alone.

I am also comfortable with my pre-game bias that this is just a bad sport. Way too much stop-start and piss poor passing/kicking accuracy because the game rewards running into people, and being able to be run into without breaking, far more than it rewards any kind of ball-based skill or decision-making. I think it’s the worst of all the footballs.

Yesterday was my first game of the season, not the day out I was hoping for. To top it off when I got back to my car some scrote had stoved in the front passenger window with a brick.

Nothing of value in the car and nothing seems to be missing but it is such a fucking nuisance.

This was in Peterborough near the station (not station car park). It’s NCP essentially an unused lot but well lit and busy. There are obviously cameras somewhere because the police said they could see him with the top half of his body in the car and legs in the air.

Seems it had been reported before I got back and they were at least looking for him.

The realisation that both Forest and the Jets are both playing on Sunday morning, and oddly both in London, when I will be driving to Toronto and thus unable to watch either.

Just flown from the island of Milos to Athens but our bags have remained on Milos. No passenger bags loaded onto the flight apparently as the weight would have been too much for the plane. Airline has no idea when the bags will turn up. We fly back to UK tomorrow lunchtime. Very angry about this - the airline knew no bags on plane but still let us all get on. If given the choice we would have stayed on Milos and caught ferry instead. Fuckers.

Seems to be a fairly common thing with these little island flights.

Yep, so I gather. Pretty fucking stupid to deliberately separate your punters from their luggage.
