We have become "high-flying Nottingham Forest" on the BBC. Makes a nice change from the years where we were "Cash-srapped Forest" or "Clown club Forest".

It is nice that there seems to be a general feeling among the media and lots of other fans that it's good to see Forest back up at the top end of the table, we aren't really being talked about as a club punching above its weight.

I wonder what Fawaz is making of all this.

I can't be sure, and I base this on nothing at all really, but I can him imagine somehow attributing this season's success to his own, diligent and visionary groundwork. Or something.
