£800/ month rented out, no council tax, your wife would be able to stay in five star hotels instead.
Does Kings Lynn do five star hotels?
You're very keen to get his mrs in a hotel.
I'm no expert on any of this but wouldn't putting a flat out on AirBnB be a massive ballache and incur further direct costs in day to day management, standard maintenance, booking, insurance, declared income and yaddayaddayadda and indirect costs on said ballachedness, such that it might defeat the object of doing so in the first place?
I've been to Congham Hall Hotel which was very good about 20 years ago. Also stayed at Morston Hall, further along the coast, which has a Michelin star and is one of Delia's favourite haunts. Happy to help.
Must have missed the news. Didn't know you had done a "let's be 'avin yer" on her.
Tbf Jake may well be running a brothel, so he’s got the experience required for this sort of caper.
That's my view.
Other option is to look to see if there is a AirBnB management company who whilst they take a percentage, take all the hassle away.
I’m currently talking to one for our place in Vermont, which we only use 1 weekend every two months at best.
That Stoke and Derby are both extremely limited sides. You also realise the gulf between PL and Championship football in terms of decision-making and execution of the final ball. It's sad to see Ben Osborn in such a poor team, although amusing Derby are having to play Craig Forsyth at left-back. He is fucking awful, looks about five yards off the pace at this level and has already given the ball away three times under no pressure in dangerous areas.
Notwithstanding Forest's age-old ability to 'do a Forest', for the first time in many, many years you feel that if we were to draw Derby in the cup at the moment it could be embarrassing for them. They are several country miles away from us at the moment - important that we try to keep it that way.
Lineker has presented MotD 14 years longer than Des Lynam.
The Spurs shop is at about 10 times bigger than Forest's.
Type of stuff sold pretty much the same though, just spread out more., 5 racks of things rather than one.
Yeah but how many replica cups in the trophy room eh?
Especially European ones.
Do Spurs still have a cheese bar? I remember discussion about a cheese bar when the new stadium was in the works
I didn't see one. They had a great apple crumble cake as the post match snack.
Probably have to be in the even posher bits for cheese. I was one level of posh up from normal seats.
If we get a cheese bar can we get that manager back that liked cheese to host it? Was that Montanier? Lamouchi?
Stitchleton for me, please.
