    A player getting treatment on the pitch doesn't need to go off for 30 seconds if the player who fouled them gets a yellow or red card.

    He had BBC2 and Skinner and Baddiel and was, largely, still a bit shit.

    Although with the benefit of hindsight that whole sorry saga was understandably quite horrendous for him on many levels to be fair.

    I bristle at the suggestion that he was a bit shit. He was a handful, rather than easy on the eye, I would concede. He gave us some fine moments, not least of which was converting Ian Walker (and, as an aside, the ball).
