SSC used to call him Tai in interviews. Perhaps that’s where it comes from?

Didn't he just call him "T"?

Oh yes. I’ve definitely heard someone call him Tai. I think.

Emily on forest focus calls him that.

Yeah. But I don’t know who that is/watch Forest Focus. So it must be someone else. Anyway…

Yes, it's her doing it that grates me. It irrationally grates me. Fine if it's an 'official' nickname that his friends and other players use. But do they? Plus she's surely in neither of those categories.

My best friend at school, who I haven't seen or spoken to in probably 25 years barring a couple of emails and LinkedIn messages, is being made a Companion of the Order of the Bath in the King's Birthday Honours.

So, being awarded a COB on?

    Sorry.

That Derry is a shittier place than I thought it would be. Doing a Bogside tour tomorrow, which will feed my British sense of guilt.

I did a Falls Road Belfast tour with a proper IRA bloke, was really interesting. Still enjoy a Bobby Sands joke though.

The Bogside tour was excellent, led by a guy who was 18 at the time of Bloody Sunday and was, in his words, a division 3 stone thrower. Guilt about behaviour of British troops ratcheted up to 9.5 now.

Stanley Victor has held the post of 'Senior Football Strategist' at former club Southend United since 2021.

D:Ream keyboards etc, probably, but didn't he once pitch Fawaz for a similarly ambiguously sounding role or did I sleepwalk fever dream that?

Like I did Aitor Karanka.. Who clearly never actually existed.

His career has really petered out since leaving us. I though he was a "big future" guy by reputation, so maybe Forest did our thing again.

I'm fairly convinced Fawaz was merely a made up figure on here. Karanka existed, he was something to do with Boro. He might be the reason we signed club legend Harry Arter.

Only forest could find an exciting foreign manager who, it turned out, played the most stilted and structured English football. With an entitled and ignorant chip on his shoulder.

We might as well have given Mr Megoo another crack.
