Struggling to beat our sister club from the tin pot Greek league. I dunno. Isn't it about time we gave Proper football manager David Moyes a lesson in counter attacking football.

In other words, Hopefully we do a much better job of making the 'Appy 'ammers more uncomfortable than last season's debacle. We aren't perfect playing away but with the exception of Liverscouse we haven't been terrible. (and Shelvey isn't playing for us anymore...(technically)...

I have a 1-1 feeling about this. Probably optimistic.

We could match Everton's 1-0 from a couple of weeks ago. Or equally something else might happen.

I still think of West Ham as, basically, a yo-yo team - few seasons in the top division, few seasons in the second tier - as they were in the 70s and 80s. But in the 31 seasons since the start of the premier league, they've only spent 4 outside it (and that includes the first one). Suppose you now have to regard them at the Villa/Everton level of established premier league team outside the big six (they are clearly less likely to be relegated than Everton in the near future but you have to respect the fact they've stayed up since the 50s).

An unchanged starting XI? Well I never.
