I was making the point in response to Tricky’s (presumed) assertion that a lot of this could be something to choose to avoid if you’re the right demographic. Like hurricanes though, I might not get that choice.

If this is real, it’s legitimately amazing. The commitment to the grift is remarkable.
And, tbh, given all the dumb and evil stuff they are trying to do.. any effort spent on simple and obvious grifts is welcome respite.
So Trump has deported a load of people in violation of a court order and declared Biden’s pardons invalid. Seems quite bad from a “rule of law” perspective…
So he'll direct the DOJ to prosecute his political enemies (which is why Biden pardoned them), and then they'll present their pardons in court as defence. He probably won't win, but the point is punishment, not winning.
