Black men and men in general not voting for a women is so 1800’s but seems to be happening which is utterly baffling. They are actually going to support someone who is racist and might deport you if you are Arab.

I agree. As does everyone I know but like Brexit it's happening with people with no connection to my life. I live in a sane state but even here there are pockets of insanity. The sad part is that most unhappy people want you to be unhappy too so they vote for something that will make your life miserable. In this case Donald Cnut.

I would cry, but I am tired. I have a bonfire tonight. It will be nice watching the flames after doing my civic duty and understanding that this will be the last time I won't have a gun.

Looking like a matter of when now. CNN saying that Trump is outperforming 2020 in Pennsylvania, which will put him over the top.

I just hope the fact that he’s terrible at being president, and will surround himself with people who are terrible at whatever they do (Elon Musk, FFS) means he won’t be able to do quite as much damage to as many people as most of the US population apparently wants him to.

I also hope there is not a literal war. Which there probably won’t be because the side that wants to start one has won and their idol will be more interested in settling his petty grievances than actually doing the fascism he’s promised.
