The undecided voters are giants arseholes. How can you not know who you are voting for? Are you looking for attention. Are you that dumb?

I think the answer is yes yes and yes.

The fact that the race is close is incredible to me. Then again I will be getting my flu and covid shots in the next couple of weeks and people don't want things that can help protect them either.

I wanted to watch it and then didn't want to watch it because she was coming out with stories and platforming until she caught wind of the fact that maybe just maybe answering a question or calling people out for nonsense is where we want you to go. She went from Politician to real person in that debate but it took a little while. What set him off was when she goaded him by saying that people were bored with his rallies and were walking out and then he really lost his shit. Which was hilarious.

I still don't know who the wife of the Mayor of Moscow is and how she managed to pay Joe Biden 3.5 million dollars. It was a very precise figure. I would like to know how he came into that information. I wish she would have bought up the fact that Trump had six months to give up the documents when the FBI and the Government kept asking him to send them back. That is why is was being prosecuted and if only after his baseless acccusations about Biden taking money would she have asked, "why did Jared Kuschner get 2 billion off Saudi Arabia to start a financial fund and then never do it? Was it because you were trying to sell the nuclear secrets that you had in the documents in your toilet?".

Oh if only.

Anyway, I enjoyed it more than I thought I might. The problem is that he is still popular and I have no idea why.

This country makes me feel like a Genius. And you wonder why I moved here. (that wasn't the reason but C'est La Vie...)

Update: One of my new clients just started yelling at me because she declared she was a conservative and Biden is profiting from the wars. (Not sure America are in anything other than a proxy war in Ukraine), and the Border. Oh the Border! And the Dems are going to tank the economy. Trump will keep us out of wars and that Cheney is a bad man and is endorsing Harris over the Industrial Military complex. I pointed out that he is endorsing Harris because Trump got his daughter thrown out of a job and said that if he could he would execute her for treason. Trump's words not mine.

She wouldn't have it and wouldn't stop getting angrier and angrier. I changed the subject as I am meant to be training her but Jesus the cult is everywhere. i would respect conservatives more if they told the truth that they are voting for lower taxes. At least I understand that. The anger and the misinformation amongst the right wing is insane. Not logic just vitriol. I find it funny that generally Republicans do like to forget Bush and Reagan and Cheney and somehow seem to think the Dems are behind two of the biggest and costliest wars in the history of the country. Not sure who started Vietnam but that could also be the case too. Although she is not wrong about war profiteering she is wrong about this but hey ho...

Pretty sure that I probably won't be working with this one very long...

After Taylor Swift endorsed Harris using my cat, (no lie...My snowshoe is the carbon copy of hers (or did she nick it out the house whilst I was working and Wifey is out of town), Elon Musk posted he was going give her a child and guard her cats with his life.

I would actually pay to see the Conversation Travis Kelce would have with him for being a bit rapey whilst trying to defend the cats.

Chicago: Dodging the flack.

Guru loves it when I talk about the odds, so here goes. Interesting thing in the last couple of days where the pundits (Nate Silver, 538 etc) have the race at basically 50/50 but the implied probability from the betting odds is more like 60/40 in Trump's favour.

Betting markets seem to have moved decisively in the last few days, especially since Musk tweeted a reference to Peter Thiel's website (polymarket.com/), which probably drew a load more money into betting in Trumps favour (in a reasonably liquid market, arbitrage means that all bookmakers will have roughly the same odds).

May also reflect my suspicion that not only does Trump not need most votes to win, because of the electoral college, but also may not need to actually "win" to be "elected", as I suspect that there are enough of his supporters in key positions in swing states to either reject a whole state's votes, or reject enough county's votes to flip the state in his favour and either choose Trump electors to the electoral college or not certify and throw to congress.

Seems like the obvious development of the conspiracy four years ago, with the intervening time having been spent figuring out how to fill in the gaps that stopped it from working.

Seems like there are enough very rich Americans who'd want to see a republican elected - Thiel, Musk, the Kochs - without needing any Russian help.

Does it make any difference and how does my life depend on it?

Presumably the Democrats are aware of this and have been actively countering it though.

Georgia Judges have just struck down the hand counting election board bollocks that were being implemented there.

So at least the Judges on a local level aren't totally corrupt yet.

This election is giving me agita. There are too many morons here. (insert joke -----> here...).

If you have read the Bill Browder book, "Red Notice", and some of you have recently, you will see some really scary familiarities with 90's Russia and now. The American oligarchs are now bending the knee. Ironically, the by-line of the Washington Post is; "Democracy Dies in Darkness". If I were the Washington Post Editorial staff and my job is report the news then I would definitely go ahead and publish. It's too important not to get the information out.
