Wankers. They could have given us some more! Though if they did now - would we be able to sell them? It's pretty short notice to get to London for the day.
Presume they sold from all the areas so they couldn't give us more as segregation wouldn't work.
Can't imagine the FA would miss a chance to sell more if it was possible.
I'll be pre-match beering at a pub near Marylebone station.
Anyone got any smart suggestions for the drive home? If the play off final was anything to go by, we won't be able to get near a service station for food and a piss. On the other hand, I guess there's a chance the Man City traffic will take the M40, apart from all those heading to Heathrow of course.
Fuck the FA for this stupid venue, stupid KO time and stupid day for the match.
Kick off time I'll give you but if it wasn't for the venue I doubt I'd be able to get a ticket so reluctantly I'm voting for Wembley semis.
If you rule out Old Trafford and any of the other London stadia, what's left? Villa Park is only just over 40k, Newcastle is about as bad to get to as Wembley (and only 52k).
That wouldn't have been to bad years ago but now everyone takes their kids and women are allowed to go we need all the seats we can get.
Looking forward to my fancy charter train to Wembley this morning.
Setting off in about an hour. Nervous.
Not actually that nervous (yet?) We ought to lose, given the likely teams, and it’s not the significant fork in the road of the club that it was three years ago. Still believe we can win and will travel in hope.
On the train. Not a fancy charter unfortunately.
Downside of these tickets is we can't wear club colours. They are in the forest side of the stadium though.
Where can’t you wear club colours??
Yeah, that's why I turned down some complimentary tickets (though mine didn't come with a private train).
Currently on Carnaby Street sat in the sun waiting for the pub to open
