I'm basing it on the 7-0 being an outlier, that without that it looks more of a coin toss (but more likely than beating foolham), and innate pessimism (playing away being a disadvantage, even for us).

Chris Sutton is predicting a 2-0 win for Brighton. All the expectation seems to be that we'll rest players ahead of Man U on Tuesday, but given the players have just had a rest I wouldn't be surprised if we have a fairly full strength team out. Obviously no Wood and I'm guessing Murillo will get a rest, but apart from that I think most of our key players will start.
CHO and Elanga benched.
Hmm.
Murillo starts. Taiwo on for Wood. Danilo and Yates in for CHO and Elanga which seems sub optimal.
Does he think Taiwo doesn't work with wingers?
I think he's aiming to keep the game tight until last twenty then bring them on.
Looks to me like Yates with Danilo and Dominguez either side, Gibbs White and Anderson supporting Big T.
Or Yates and Danilo in the middle, Dominguez and Anderson offering limited width and Gibbs White supporting Big T.
Or some combination of the two.
This one. It's better to have the option to make changes that make you better, rather than worse, if you have to.
Doubt we will do a lot of opening up, unless we go a couple down.
Pundits saying easy win for Brighton. I think it will be closer than they think because that is what we do.
Chicago: Ready for shock and Awe.
I fancy us today...you don't always know what you are going to get, but the idea that either side is a clear favourite is numpty. As ever, first goal crucial. We look adequately incentivised.
I'm enjoying the kicking.
Of the players.
BBC Brighton / Welbeck love in, hoping we win just to further show why Wayne Rooney should not be a manager or pundit.
I think Dominguez has dropped anchor
Taiwo looks up for it today.
He says some extremely stupid things...but that's what the kids like. Shape good, distances good. Forest bossing it....which may not be a good thing as forest fans know all too well.
There's a first time for everything!
