Started Monday. Presumably two or three days training before flying out Wednesday? I think the assumption he'll switch to a back 3 is probably wrong, given the time available. He'll surely tweak approach within the existing formation or something similar (there's not really much difference between 4231 and 433 - it would just be Morgan playing a bit deeper and Anderson a bit further forward).

And that's pretty much the fix that many people have been wanting. Well me, anyway.
