Something that nobody has really adequately explained to me.
We know that the accountants are only buying young players now. For their resale value.
Resale to whom? If all our accountants are only buying young players yet to develop into good ones, where do the older good ones, and ones who have gone up in value, actually go to?
So the middle east end up with all the good players, the American club owners end up with all the cash, and we end up with feeder football at premium cost?
What can they do eh? Rules mean they can't keep good players or the ones you like. Only Jorge's mates. Sorry. Shame the competition is a shadow of what it was.
Anyone for tennis?
Not you Murray, time to sit down.
